Elaine Lauritzen

Elaine Lauritzen works as the support services managing director for the Office of IT. She’s been at BYU with the Office of IT since June 2003. Prior to coming to BYU, she worked in various IT operations, support, service management, and training positions within the healthcare insurance and aerospace manufacturing industries. She earned a B.S. in business management and a master’s of public administration from BYU. Elaine and her husband John live in the small farming community of Palmyra (west of Spanish Fork) and have two children, two grandchildren, and one dog. Their favorite things to do are to play with their grandkids and go cruising – especially when it’s cold and wintery in Utah.
