Jim Slaughter has worked at BYU since 1994. He spent most of his career at BYU as part of Campus Life. He is now part of the new Office of Belonging. Along with multiple other assignments, Jim has served as University Chaplain for the past 20 years, working with students who are not members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Jim and his wife are the parents of four children and eleven grandchildren. Being with family and spending time in the mountains are two of his favorite things.
