Kelsie Douglas has worked at BYU for nine years. Within BYU Career Services, she oversees operations, including finance and human resources. Her work supports the people, systems, and resources that help prepare students for meaningful career opportunities. Additionally, she serves as a Finance Operations Manager for several other departments under the Academic Vice President. Kelsie has served on the council for three years and values the opportunity to contribute to BYU’s mission through collaboration and service.
Kelsie grew up in southern California and studied communications at Utah Valley University. She and her husband have been married for 17 years and are the parents of three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, baking, and traveling—especially to Disneyland!
