Kristine Manwaring is the Director of Institutional Research in the BYU Office of Assessment and Planning. In this role, she coordinates all survey work, research projects, reporting, and data work conducted by the institutional research department.

Before working in the Office of Assessment and Planning, Kristine was the Director of Research and Reporting in Enrollment Services at BYU, where she pioneered several student success projects, including the Early Alert tool. She has worked with student and academic data at BYU for over seven years. She is committed to ensuring leaders at BYU have the right data in the right format to support their decision-making.

Kristine has experience with three different colleges at BYU with degrees in Near Eastern Studies, Sociology, and Instructional Psychology and Technology. She earned a master's in Sociology and a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology from BYU.
