Sam Hardy

Professor

Sam Hardy did his undergraduate at BYU, and then got his master’s and doctorate in developmental psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been in the psychology department at BYU since 2007. He teaches Psychological Statistics as well as various classes in developmental psychology. His research currently focuses on adolescent and young adult religious development, particularly conversion, deconversion, and reconversion. Sam has been on the University Academic Review Committee since 2018.
