Shaunna George worked many years ago as a department secretary in the HBLL Learning Resource Center (1981 – 1988). She joined Undergraduate Education in 2014. Shaunna enjoys her role as business manager and tries to make life a little easier for the deans she assists. From her little perch on the third floor of the MSRB, Shaunna oversees the student team and loves to be immersed in an environment of learning. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies in 2017 and earned the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) in 2021. As a sixth-generation Provo native, Shaunna loves views of Y Mountain and Mt. Timpanogos and has too many interests to possibly devote time to all of them. On evenings and weekends, she enjoys spending time with her husband (a recent BYU faculty retiree), reading, writing and editing, family history, and crafting with her ten grandchildren.
