Unit Review Survey

Unit Review Survey

The unit review survey is designed to allow departmental personnel to give feedback prior to a scheduled unit review. The questions are designed to focus on various strategic issues as well as the overall department environment. The survey is completed by each participating employee and submitted electronically.

Responses are then compiled into a summary report. The summary report is offered to department/unit leaders to assist in completing the written self-study document and to assist in identifying potential areas of focus or interest. The unit review team, consisting of internal and external reviewers, will also be provided a copy of the summary report prior to the actual review. The summary report is one data point of many that may be used as part of the self-study document.
